Came to repair my boiler following a leaking problem following asking them to service it a month prior. Engineer left me without water for several days after loosening the valve, and upon asking them to come fix it again he left me without a water supply after forgetting to open the water shut off valve again.

Each time I have asked for a repair they have broken something more, and a boiler which was in very good condition has now been destroyed by them not repairing it and leaving water to leak all over the pipe work. This left me without heating during sub zero temperatures. Asked them for a list of the parts that allegedly need replacing, and they will not provide me the evidence and justifications of why certain parts need replacing, I get the same answer "We think you need a new boiler" when in reality, there is 1 valve which needs replacing. Chasing more money and creating repeating repairs business rather than caring about their customers.

Took the time to investigate, discovered a stone in the system, removed it and now everything is as it should be.

there a joke phoned because boiler leaking said needs part a week later still no part cant tell me any thing about the part and now 24 hours without heating with a 3 year old in the house they think is ok to give you two see silly heaters and still a leaking boiler
