Jim did a lovely job installing our new stove and hearth. He was incredibly patient when discussing different options and happy to share his extensive knowledge. Tidy and courteous when working in the house. Fairly priced for great work. We will certainly be calling him back for the next stove.

This was my first experience of having a wood burner fitted and I'm delighted to have found Jim. He was excellent from start to finish. When he came to quote for the job he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and left me feeling confident I was in safe hands. He and Graham came when they said they would, worked very efficiently and left my living room neat and tidy on completion of the installation. When I needed some extra tuition on how to get a good fire going Jim was only too happy to pop in and help again! I'm now thoroughly enjoying my cosy evenings in front of the fire. I definitely received value for money using Jim and cannot recommend him highly enough!

Total Professional here. I got exactly what i asked for no issues no problems. Jim proved his knowledge and provided good advice at every stage of the job. He turned up on time and was considerate and down to earth. Would highly recommend to anyone
I like others have had bad experience with other companies in the region claiming to offer a good service then not even turning up to do the job.
I have worked in construction most of my career and have dealt with many types of contractor. My advice stick with the professionals and you wont be disappointed

When I first contacted Jim I was looking to replace my stove that was sitting for over 2 months as I was let down by several companies around Scottish Borders.
He found time shortly after our first call in between jobs to come and estimate work to be done and new stove have been installed within 2 weeks!
Extremely polite and respectful with great knowledge of his profession. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone. Great communication throughout every step. Once again thank you?
